How to Open a
Wholesale Account
Contact our business office at 630-584-7105 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. or e-mail
freshwaterfoods@aol.com. A sales representative will respond to inquiries within two business days.
E-Mail Orders
Arrangements can be made to order via e-mail once a wholesale account is established. To make these arrangements please contact the Business Office at 630-584-7105 or e-mail
freshwaterfoods@aol.com.
Ordering
Case packs equal 12 bottles. Freshwater Foods will split only half cases; the fee is $1.00 per half case, for the same size bottle. If not the same size bottle other cost will be incurred.
Opening Orders
Minimum opening order is $100.00 of
products. Reorders can be one case minimum. However, reorders of one case have to be prepaid or COD. Minimum reorders on terms have to be a product order of $100.00.
Placing Orders
Orders may be placed either through a sales representative, e-mail, FAX, phone or by mail. Orders placed via e-mail, FAX or by phone must be pre-paid with an accepted credit card unless terms have been established. Company Check and money orders will be accepted with mail in orders. Mail in orders paid by company check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
How to Open a
Wholesale Account with Terms
Contact our business office at 1-630-584-7105 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST. The Application form to should be FAX’d to 1-630-377-9032 or mailed to Freshwater Foods, 4N111 Thornapple Rd., St. Charles, IL 60174. We respond to inquiries within two business days.
Initial orders placed by e-mail, by phone or FAX are shipped prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or COD. Mail-in orders are processed as described in placing orders. Customers may apply for terms (net 15 days) after two orders within one year. Terms are not automatically granted. References are checked upon customers request for terms. Please allow three weeks for processing. Once terms are granted Purchase Orders (PO’s) may be used. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds.

Shipping
Freshwater Foods ship F.O.B. St. Ignace MI via UPS, other carriers will be used on request. The shipping fees are established by the carrier of which, Freshwater Foods has no control. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged goods reported within seven days of delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods for forty-eight hours. Please note any damages on shipping invoice when receiving deliveries and immediately notify UPS or the appropriate carrier. Please allow for an increased shipping time during the holiday seasons.
